Q) How do I cancel/close my ReliaCard account? I never asked for one. My child support is directly deposited into my checking account, therefore I have no need for one. I tried to contact someone by phone but I never got an answer. The number I was given to call was (319)753-9223 as I live in Mt. Pleasant. I held for almost an hour. Please let me know asap.
