These programs promote parent accountability, self sufficiency and reduce the public’s responsibility for providing financial and medical support to children.

My experience at Crestview FL Child Support office – Asuefa: I have waited for years to receive child support. Nothing is being done to enforce this. I am a single mother with three children and their father is doing nothing to help. He has flat out told me that he is not going to help unless I put him on child support….
My experience at Crestview FL Child Support office – holly: I can’t tell you how many times I have been to the Crestview Florida office begging them to enforce my support order. My sons father has given me a total of$1500 his entire life. We split when he was in diapers and now he is in middle school. The only reason that I have received that amount because it was set amounts for him to post bail.
By far the worst experience between 2-4 hours waiting on hold to miscommunication and no guidance I don’t understand why it takes so long to answer a phone if there short staff train and hire to help out because this is a hot mess.
