I understand that you are concerned about a discrepancy in your child support balance. It is important to get this resolved as soon as possible to avoid any further issues. Here are some steps you can take:
Contact the child support enforcement agency in both Orange County and Polk County. Explain the situation to them and ask them to investigate. They may be able to resolve the issue quickly and easily.
Gather documentation of your payments. This could include copies of your pay stubs, bank statements, or confirmation emails from your employer. This documentation will help to prove that you have been making your child support payments.
If you are unable to resolve the issue with the child support enforcement agencies, you may need to file a motion with the court. This is a formal request to the court to review your case and make a decision about your balance.
Here are some additional tips:
Be patient and persistent. It may take some time to resolve this issue, but don’t give up.
Be organized. Keep track of all of your communications with the child support enforcement agencies and the court.
Be prepared to provide documentation. The child support enforcement agencies and the court may need to see documentation of your income, expenses, and child support payments.
