My experience at Dover DE Child Support office – Rochelle

Your Experience: I have been calling for the past two weeks taking time from my job just to get a question answered. My case is originally out of Dover but I work in Georgetown, so I have been calling it as well. At both offices I am put on hold and been listening to the same message for two weeks. If people are not going to answer the phone, then do not provide the public with the numbers. This is very unsettling not just for me personally but I am a licensed counselor who has to sometimes utilize your services for my clients and have had the same experiences.
