My experience at Jacksonville FL Child Support office – shaolin

Your Name (Can be Anonymous): shaolin matos-rogers
Your Experience: My experience has been terrible. I have had 2 sets of tax returns from 2 different years taken, but that’s not the issue. Th issue is when your 2013 tax return is told that the IRS has it and has not released it to the local office, when the IRS send a letter confirming they have and the local office has received it and is in possession of it. When you call no one seems to care and your figure 1 yr 8 months later this return should be applied first no they apply the current year and tell you that they can hold on to it no specific timeframe as there is research that has to be done prior to it being applied. So that means i continue to be garnished above what is needed, because someone is not doing there job efficiently. I love my kids I don’t mind them taking what needs to be taken for them, but when you overly take from me making it nearly impossible for me to support the children I currently have and then tell me that i may need to work more hours or find another job to help support myself then that is a big issue. when if things were done correctly the money that I need I would have.
