My experience at Joliet IL Child Support office – Silvia

Your Experience: I went in for the first time to this office without knowing what to ask or what to say. I was so emotional and I thought if I spoke I would break down. The lady at the front desk looked at me as kind as can be and waited a moment, she knew I was trying to keep it together. When I finally was able to speek she asked me to sign in and smiled at me and its ok. Just like that it was ok. I was able to ask her questions and she answered most when she didnt know the answer she pointed to me where I might find the answer. She gave me papers to fill out with good directions so I knew how to do everything the proper way. I wish I could do something special for her because she gave me a confidence boost and she doesnt even know it.
