Your Experience: This office is terrible, unless you personally know someone that works there. You are treated like crap and the staff could care less about your case or your kids. Hire a lawyer they will be well worth the money you spend or else be at the mercy of lazy case workers who expect you to do all of the foot work to gather information they are too lazy to find themselves. You would be better off with the student loan collectors going after your case. They use all of their resources to get results you deserve.
