My experience at Council Bluffs IA Child Support office – Wendy

Your Experience: I think your people in this office are the most rudest people and they do not care about the person trying to get child support I feel they are for the other stupid parent that dont pay support or if you do get support they are no help in any thing.. my son was to receive 320.00 at the beginning then when he went to prison we then got a whoppin 10.00 a month then we went up to see if we could get the adjustment  because he was working and we was told no. So this animal that molested my son gets off by only paying 10.00 a month we have not gotten his taxes or anything. I am so angry, My son has suffered because of this animal and he gets off with 10.00 my son is suffering with mental problems I get 750.00 a month for disability. I would like to know why you work for the paying parent and you dont care about if the child needs money to live or not… this is garbage,, I understand now why there is so much anger in this world…
