My Ex-husband has barely paid any support for our 2 kids all year. He works for himself, charges 30 dollars and hour, customers by supplies, so all 30 dollars an hour is profit, and he still won’t help me support the kids. It seems like no one will help me. He went 4 months without paying anything the attorney in Salina set up a court date and he paid a payment so they canelled his court date. This was in August. since then I have gotten a whole 400 dollars. He is doing everything he can to avoid helping with the kids and I am stuck with no help. What can be done?? I can’t afford an attorney but make over the amount to get legal aid. He is coming up on about 9 thousand behind.
