Your Experience: I can alway get in contact with someone but I can never get any information. All I get is he has not been served, they can not find him (even after I gave a address) or we have no new information. I need information like when did they try to serve him or what reason they could it serve him and is there something I need to do. It’s funny how the actually police can find him but the government can not.
