Your Experience: Nobody knows any information I know more about my case than these people…The same person doesn’t always handle your case so they don’t know what is going on. Told them several times that the prosecutor would take case. Prosecutor even email them several times still no response or follow through. They made me feel like I am the bad parent, because I want my kids to have things they deserve. I am owed over 16500. They don’t care and don’t want to help
