My experience at Alamogordo NM Child Support office – Jeff

Your Experience: My experience was great. I do not have to pay child support anymore. However, it is still being taken out of my check and sent to your office. You are then refunding me the money. However, my employer will not stop taking the money out of my check until they get something from you stating I do not owe child support, yet your phone number is almost always busy, and I do not want to take off of work to go to your office in order to get this situation resolved. Is there anything you can do to help me with this?
