Your Experience: Working with this child support office has been a nightmare.
I’ve called alot to the state child support asking about my case. They would always leave a message for them so I can get an update. Never once have they ever called me. The notes were the same until I went into the crownpoint office, finally then the case worker updated my profile. At that time it was already been a year. They told me I had to fill out everything agaim and that they never created a file for me. So once again I sat filling out paperwork that should’ve already been there. I am very upset. I am a single mother of two children, never did I intend for this to happen but that’s life. I work a full time job and raise my children. I would love help here and there but with this office it seems like it will take another 10 years for us to finally get some help.
