I pay child support every month…she does drugs, and have different guys

child_support_personQ) What do I need to do because my kids mom is having our kids living with her friends and sometimes parent’s house, and have other people claiming our kids on their tax refund, and splitting the money…I pay child support every month…she does drugs, and have different guys coming in and out of the places where she stays, remind you we have 2 daughters, I’m most worried about…she’s leaves them home for days at at time, and that’s been going on for years, I just need to know what to do…

A) You will need to continue to fulfill you court mandated child support order. If you suspect that your children are being neglected you need to report the issue to your local social service child welfare office. Each state will have a child welfare hotline you can call to report child abuse. If you suspect that there is tax fraud you can call the Tax Fraud Hotline recording at 1-800-829-0433.

  1. Kern county child support sucks ass! I lived in Sacramento county and they took care of business but here they give me the run around and lame excuses. He is $64000 behind, put $8000 of dental work into his mouth, gone on $250 deep sea fishing trips, kayaking in the channel islands and has a 401k and they wont touch him.He cries that he is one of the 33 million who is “going through it” w the pandemic.. if thats “going through it” then I want to go through that!! Now Im writing my local officials. This has ran its course.
