Your Experience: I am a noncustodial parent of two girls 10 and 12….Recently my older daughter has been hospitalized for mental health issues and will be not returned to custodial parent for quite some time as long as six to nine months!Does the custodial parent still collect the support to this child or do you suggest that the situation should be addressed to the court!??Not to mention my daughter is saying she o longer wants to be with the custodial parent and wants to live with me instead….but unfortunately with her condition I am in hopes she gets help and learns how to cope!
