Your Experience: It was a great experience.  The front desk attendants were extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely care about my situation.  I was more than just a case to them and that means a lot.  I really enjoyed talking with them as they were very nice and helpful to my situation.  I did not mind the wait as they have a comfortable waiting room designed to make the wait less stressful.  Great facility.
