My experience at Johnson City TN Child Support office – Nancy

Your Experience: This child support office is very understaffed. I can hear it in their voices and I saw it the two times I was actually at their office. I submitted my son’s request for child support in Jan 2015 and till this day I have yet to get a solid answer on the status of the case. Granted that the non-custodial parent lives in TX so I expected this to take a long time but I’m not sure that I expected it to take this long. I’ve only called once every 3 months to see if there is a change because I have nothing to see online about the case but every time I call I get the same answer “I’m going to send a message to the lady handling your case to see if she has any updates about your case”.
I just want an update or for someone to tell me what I can do to help.

In the mean time, I am very appreciative for all the work the ladies at this office do. Thank you.
