Your Experience: My ex-husband and I were there for child support arrears and the judge made opinions that were unprofessional and not related to the actual case. He made comments in regards to situations that he had no knowledge of or experience with  that had nothing to do with the reason that we were there. With my having to be in that position to begin with because of my ex-husband, I found the judge’s behavior to be unprofessional and disrespectful. A judge is still a person, a man…and his position as a judge does not make him any more important, nor does it give him the right to make unkind remarks and to pass judgement should be unacceptable.
