IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Beginning in July, the child support integrated voice response payment line, (800) 443-1576, will no longer be available. Child support customers will only be able to obtain child support payment and balance information through the Kentucky Child Support Interactive website. If you have not already signed up for online access, please do not wait. To sign up, we must have the email address you will be using to create your online account on file in our system and your correct date of birth. You will also need your individual child support identification number. Please call (800) 248-1163 today to verify and obtain this information then review the instructions provided here (for instructions in spanish click here) before beginning the enrollment process.
COMING SOON! A new mobile friendly website will be available to child support customers in July, giving customers the ability to check payments, balance due and obtain contact information for their local child support office all from their mobile device. If you already have access to our website to view information about your child support case, you will use the same login information to access the new mobile friendly website.
