Your Experience: My experience during my visit to the office on 02/27/2015 was very pleasant; however I just found out, today (03/09/2015), that my request was closed out and was not ever made into a case.  I took a day off of work to visit the office.  Child support still hasn’t been paid and now I have to wait 7-10 business days for new paperwork to be mailed to me.  I am beyond frustrated and this adds so much stress to an already stressful situation.  I just want to cry and have lost trust in this office.
