My experience at Marietta GA Child Support office – Curtis

Your Experience: My experiences in the Marietta ,GA office have been very frustrating. Most times that I either goin to the office or call, the “System is DOWN”. Why is the system broken so often?

Secondly, why is it that when I GIVE the office my info (Work, address, salary,etc) it takes forever to get it in the system? Meanwhile I am being punished by having my DL suspended.

I am currently in Texas and it is impossible to reach someone on the phone, and when I do…I always hear, (you guessed it) The “SYSTEM is down”. Very poor customer service, meanwhile I am being punished.

I have contacted CS several times and given them ,my new job info in Texas and here I am 6 months later and the CS has NOT been taken out and my liscence is suspended. What do I do?
