I changed my payment method, I need that child support asap

Q) I changed my payment method 2 weeks ago to the way2go card. Because the account I was trying to use wasn’t in my name so the 2 payments I should have gotten got sent back to the depositor. So I went online and changed it to the way2go card and it said it would be here within 10 days. well then yesterday I get a paper in that says my case has been put on hold. and I need to change my payment method. I thought I did. I need that child support asap
