My experience at Champaign IL Child Support office – Anonym

Your Experience: I had applied to get child support for two of my kids and was recently told it was closed. I had an open case for many years and they were unable to find him and he has yet to be ordered to pay support at all. I had started the process over again and shortly after that i was told i did not comply. I have sent every bit of information i have but i have not even heard from him for about 6 years. Now i am trying to reach the office again but after about three hours on hold i give up. Hopefully one day this will all get straight. I don`t feel that just because he throws the paperwork that the child support office sends him in the garbage that he should not be ordered to help with his own children.
