My experience at Fort Worth TX Child Support office – Cairen

Your Experience: My case ID 3*********9 has been in “enforcement” since 12/2004
I received a letter 8/2014 stating I was required  to provide  proof of medical coverage for my child. Which I have. Several times. I have evidence of 12 faxes since 9/2014. My employer has not been notified. I have been forced to carry a SECOND insurance policy because of this.
I have paid out of pocket unnecessarily since 10/2014. Totaling over $2500.
I am the custodial parent, I have not received support of ANY kind since 2/2012.
I have continued to take care of my child, in spite of the NON CUSTODIAL parents complete disregard of their financial duties “enforced” by the State of Texas Attorney General.
M**** E***** M****, the Non Custodial parent has not been notified at all. He is a resident of Oklahoma City, OK. I have sent updated contact, home address, and employer information several times. I have not applied for AID of any kind from the state of Texas.
I do not understand why the State of Texas is penalizing me for abiding by the ORDER put in place as of December 2004. This is inexcusable.
