Tell Us Your Experience At Your Local Child Support Office

I’m ordered by a judge to go to local office and fill out another financial affadavit after they lost the first one. Office staff refuse to give me affadavit to fill out telling me it has to be requested by Tallahassee. I called customer service who spoke to manager who said the local office can give it to me. I spoke to an African American man who said he was a supervisor and he said he cannot give it to me. He was very abrupt and rude and did not listen to my needs.
