Tell Us Your Experience At Your Local Child Support Office

I began the process months ago and i am so frustrated. I have complied with everything because I am the parent requesting payment. I sent financial affidavit in twice and they send letters saying they are closing my case due to not receiving the paperwork. I just got off of the phone with someone named Alicia and she said she would put in a request to send out the paperwork again but it may take 10 days. She said I could go to my local child support office if I wanted it quicker than that. It says my local office is i n Marianna, FL. I called to make sure because I am at the point where I do not trust them with anything. The number is no longer in service and it does not leave another number. You cant chat with someone online because they are always “busy.” I am busy also. I am raising two children by myself and WORK and I am still not making ends meet.
