My money is held up for THREE months because they owe me a $50 credit, so put my account HOLD and is holding back my money. A review to release will take a month.
The people on the phone are rude, dismissive and just repeat the same things over and over.
I now have to take a day off of work and go to the office that wont take phone calls.
This is ridiculous and frustrating and the call support should be a little more sympathetic to women with dead beat dads in collection!
Every time I encounter a problem they make it harder on the person collecting
