Well I have custody of my children and am still being forced to pay child support and being continually incarcerated over in for the last 9 years. My kids father has made 3 payments in this time and has never been arrested once. Pretty weird huh. Same case worker Crystal from Carroll County at Mr. Nick Marsh’s Office.
