Tell Us Your Experience At Your Local Child Support Office

I’m raising my 2 grandchildren due to their mother passing,their father was released on a $10,000 bond and of course he was a no show for court date and wasn’t the 1st or 2nd or even 3rd time. They finally they found him and put him back in jail. But my grandchildren NEVER received the bond he was supposedly released on. No one can seem to tell me where the money went. And as for Jody Albright, I’ve tried to get him to return my calls for 2 1/2 yrs now, still no call, so I go to his office for like the 20th time and some girl, who did not introduce herself came out of an office to discuss my case in front of people sitting in waiting room. Not very professional! So finally told me to contact Jackie Steele and of course he never called, he had someone else call me who couldn’t tell me where the bond went either. I guess my kids will just do without because of not only their father but laurel county child support agency. They treat me like I’m doing something wrong, they seem to not care about my children but only their paycheck. I’ve not happy with this bunch at all. And for judge jones! What is up with him? Chewing tobacco and spitting in a cup while I was testifying! How professional!! And the guys in uniform standing in the court room ready to jump on people that have to bring children to court if they make a sound, but the judge can chew tobacco and spit in a cup while court is in session!? What the heck??
