Tell Us Your Experience At Your Local Child Support Office

When I got divorced I filed to receive child support in 2007 but I never received any money collected even though he was court ordered to pay child support to me at our court appearance. Years later we reconciled & I took a written Letter of Reconcilliation to the child support office & to court because he had been unable to work much due to getting hurt & I no longer was pursuing child support. Yet child support office never gave me any money my ex-husband paid from past court ordered payments. It was supposed to have been deposited onto the Reliacard debit card issued by the Dept of Children and Family Services.
In 2012-2015 the child support office had the IRS garnish all of his taxes & then began garnishing wages again from his job. I never received any money nor back payments. I have letters showing that payments were received. Then the Child Support office abruptly ceased contact after we inquired why garnishing had begun again. The office neglected to respond nor issued any money owed to me ever.
