Let me just say this the DHS office on 46 Sloan street has to do better as government officials.
1). Learn the concept of customer service skills(Mrs.Hamilton) speak to people when they’re coming into door and stop giving them all the attitude and you’re supposed to ask peole how can I help you, because your job is customer service.
You set the tone for that environment.
2).If/and when you ask me a question. Please have the common decency to let me answer your question before you start cutting me off.
3)Whats the purpose for asking for all the documentation, you have if they turn right away just to give you an appt to come bk.
4).If you’re doing your duty and your due diligence as a parent and a co-parent what is the problem we pay what we’re supposed to pay but Henry County fails to apply payment to the case so then it does you in the rears so we’re just trying to get our case adequately straightened out but everybody wants to keep pass the buck nobody wants to take responsibility.
4).So why do the case mgr comes out right after Mrs. Hamilton and display the same type of customer service skills as well very rude, short abrasive and cutting me off. Then I “asked”for per permission to speak please. At the end of the day if you’re in customer service be ready for supply & demand. We’re citizens & taxpayers that pay child support and we do contribute to a percentage of your salary as well so we want to be very Mindful and treat people the way you would like to be treated. Like a human being with respect & dignity!
5). Granted that I have to take off of work two days in a row to come down here to bring you paperwork that the out-of-state caseworker said that you’ve already received in the mail but no one tends to do their job and Henry County at Sloan’s office locations so I have to hand-deliver the same papers that were mailed out to the location in order to get my husband case rectified.
