Tell Us Your Experience At Your Local Child Support Office

I feel as my right have been violated. I pay a fee for Child Support Services.
They are suppose to review your case every two years as it states in the service agreement.

Child support reviewed it one time. The other party who did not want the raise of course
because he was paying gave them a line of BULL!

They have never looked at my Child Support case since 2011 for COLA.
What kind of nonsense is this??

I am looking into who to contact in Albany as I feel the other parent has someone
working on the inside locally for him.

i have not had a COLA since I began the case 14 years ago.
Six years they have not reviewed it.
WHY?????
