Tell Us Your Experience At Your Local Child Support Office

I have been in Georgia for 6 years. Then non-custodial parent lives in California. For 6 years I have tried to collect Child Support. At one point there was a court order that he didn’t adhere to. According to their rules & regulations that was grounds for license suspension but it never happened. The non-custodial parent is allowed to pretty much not pay & fear no repercussions. Child Support/Dekalb County has not helped one bit.
