Tell Us Your Experience At Your Local Child Support Office

Hi my name is Moses Palmer I have been paying child support for over 13 1/2 years if there has been any payments missed it was due to non-employment however that has almost never been the case with me I have always followed upWith my local Child Support office in Mobile Alabama I have always taken care of my offsprings outside of my regular child-support payments I take them shopping I buy them the things that they need I spend quality time with them I feed them and it has never been a problem over the years I have managed to achieve things in my life such as home ownership a great career and a wife and two smaller offsprings well regardless of all that I was summoned back to my local Child Support office where they have put in place a child support order have a need to pay $1600 a month and I am about to lose my home I can barely afford to feed my kids and all this was done without My right to due process my right to a trial by jury or without even any evidence from the other side proving that I have not supported my offsprings I even have a custody order in place where the mother is not complying she is in contempt of court but I can’t afford to file for contempt because I have to pay $198 for everything I file for where the women only have to pay $25 That is not equal protection my constitutional rights has been violated in so many ways and I am seeking some type of help before I lose everything Judge George Brown and Melissa Janos Clerk of court really have done a number on me down here in Mobile and I do not see the good in making three other homes reach while making one home poor just because that one home is the home of the man the father please help in anyway possible
