These programs promote parent accountability, self sufficiency and reduce the public’s responsibility for providing financial and medical support to children.

My experience at Melbourne FL Child Support office – Barb: I have been calling the 1-800-622-5437 number since September 6th it is now the 17th and you CAN NOT get a live person. I start at 755 am and by the time it hits 8am, it just tells you they system is busy and try your call again……

Same deal, can not get live person. And the menu is all messed up, doesn’t even say you can hit one for more options, even tho they’re all just redirecting you in the menu
