Tell Us Your Experience At Your Local Child Support Office

I don’t feel as though Lyon county has been honest through this process. I was misinformed multiple times and wasn’t allowed to request a hearing date change when booked for multiple hearings on the same day. I attempted to speak with the office and was told different processes by different staff. I feel there should be transparency through this process and would allow both parities to feel they have an opportunity to respond to the courts and have a equal and fair opportunity to present there case. I don’t feel I was provided this opportunity and hope the magistrate process will be fair for all parties.
