Philadelphia Child Support Is A Joke,I have complied with everything they ask for and nothing is still being done.Back in “08” my children”s father finally came to court after 15 yrs.He came in with 2 money orders totaling $668.00
The judge heard both sides and gave him 90 days in jail.After afew days of not receiving the money I called and was told they saw nothing about any money orders.I went downtown and was told the same thing.Now my head is spinning,Deadbeat in jail calls my daughter with a bunch of BS and I asked him about the money orders he says “he didn’t have time to sign them”2 blank money orders $668.So weeks have passed and I am down Child Support asking but getting the run around.So I said that someone in that court room stole them and was quickly escorted out.10yrs.later STILL NOTHING!!!2015 I moved oit of Philadelphia and my son”s father court order is $48.33 bi wkly.May 4,2016 was his last payment since then I have called and been told I need to update INFO,send this,get that etc.So now A bench warrant has been put on him 2-16-18 and nothing.I’ve been told be patient(LOL)we sent it to the sheriff and they go out in waves and just my luck I missed the wave and will be on the next 1,we”ll call him.Well today 10-4-18STILL NOTHING It”s not like he call”s sends Birthday,Christmas or anything like that.He has A auto detail shop,car but still I gotta wait.In the mean time 2yrs.5mos.that passe they still get paid.I don’t truss not 1 of them.Since my experience with them “90”but I would LOVE FOR SOMEONE TO LOOK INTO THIS but they won’t….I know I’m not the 1st.and sure won’t be the last….
